Optimization of school teachers' reporting: current problems and solutions

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of excessive workload of teachers of educational organizations associated with reporting and working with documents. The authors conducted a study of regulatory regulation at the federal and regional levels, analyzed the data of sociological surveys, identified factors affecting the effectiveness of solving the problem. These factors affect the peculiarities of pedagogical work, its species diversity; the legal regulation of teachers' work duties; the activities of control and supervisory bodies; information and telecommunication support of educational activities; features of the regulatory and legal regulation of educational activities in the subjects of the Russian Federation, etc. The paper concludes that in order to effectively solve the problem, a combination of regulatory and legal measures (can be taken in the relatively short term) and organizational and legal nature (will require more in-depth and detailed study) is necessary. The list of proposed regulatory measures is formulated in the work. As measures of an organizational and legal nature, adaptation and development of existing elements of the field of education, taking into account the set goals, were proposed: a unified federal system of scientific and methodological support for teaching staff, as well as information and digital technologies in educational and management processes in the field of education.
