The view of young researchers on labor law: Review of the students’ round table

Abstract

The article provides an overview of the main provisions of the students' reports prepared by them and presented at the Interuniversity Round table "Responsibility in Labor Law and labor disputes in Russia and abroad" on April 23, 2024. The speakers were 2nd and 3rd year students of St. Petersburg State University and Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov (IEPU), interested in labor law and wishing to gain experience in scientific speaking. The round table was organized by the Department of Labor and Social Law of St. Petersburg State University (moderator: Associate Professor of the Department, Ph.D. F.K. Nogaylieva) and the Department of Civil and Business Law of the Faculty of Law of Kazan Innovative University named after V.G. Timiryasov (moderator: Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law for Scientific Work, Doctor of Law., Professor K.L. Tomashevsky). This scientific event coincides with the anniversaries of two Universities: in 2024 St. Petersburg State University celebrates its 300th anniversary, and KIU celebrates its 30th anniversary.
